Cucumber Day

Happy Cucumber Day! Whether you enjoy them in salads, pickled, or plain with a little S&P (or used otherwise who am I to judge?), cucumbers are versatile, delicious, & might even help you stay hydrated. Cucumber-melon used to be THE scent back in the day, too. Stay cool as cukes, friends!

  1. I celebrated by picking four ripe ones from a few vines this morning…..I am so glad to be celebrating so many special days…did ya know donut day just passed by us?

      1. i sorta of laid a sermon on a post…..sorry, not sorry…or perhaps it should be called a rant. WTH is a “cybertruck” anyway….I am so out of it.

        1. No worries I liked your reply! The cybertruck as a vehicle “manufactured” (in the very loosest sense of the word) by Tesla and much touted by Elon Musk. They cost around $100,000 and only 3,000 have been delivered to-date; it is the kind of vehicle that says A LOT about what the person driving it thinks. Imagine, if you will, a car drawn by a pre-teen and then built and touted (without any changes) as “cutting edge” by the car company.
