What’s a Swag Bag?
One of the perks of running races is the swag bag – a cornucopia of gifts.
The typical bag might contain some energy gels or granola bars, a sticker or magnet for the event, a race tee, a water bottle, and coupons for free or highly discounted locale fare. Sometimes a runner is extra-lucky and gets a high-quality reusable bag, making the bag itself part of the swag.
