It Sunday and it’s rainy and a hurricane is headed toward us this next week or so and it’s one of the handful of days a year that my back injury has laid me out. I’ve got my medication and heating pad and Monty Python on the television.

Hello again. Since I’m typing this it must be another Sunday. The sky is overcast and there are severe storms close by but the rain isn’t supposed to start here for another four hours or so as of the time im typing this, which probably explains why my back and neck are hurting so much. So let’s use the time I still have left in the day in which I’m capable of remaining mostly upright and get caught up on the week that was.
