It’s pierogi day, and since I canit get or make traditional ones today I’ll make Mis T’s, which for a boxed and frozen product is still pretty good! I like the potato and cheese ones parboiled and then finished in the frying pan with some onions. How do ypu like your pierogi?

I’m still recovering from feeling sick this week, and I’ve spent the weekend alternating between small household chores and resting. It seems that I failed to post yesterday, so the pressure of keeping my streak alive is officially off. Whew.
I don’t think I’m contagious but why don’t we socially distance with our preferred beverages while we get caught up, eh?
