Since 2019, September 23rd is Za’atar Day. Za’atar is a blend used in Middle East cuisine containing herbs like thyme, oregano, & marjoram along with other spices including sesame, sumac, & cumin or coriander. Za’atar also happens to be the name of my Paladin’s camel mount in our legacy D&D game!
A week that started out quite rough ended on, if not a high note, at least significantly better than it started.
