The prompt for this week is ‘Fears’. Identify one thing that you fear, a phobia you hold and write a limerick based on that fear or about the ways that phobia secretly thrills you.
Hahahaha, nope!
What do you take me for, a simpleton? I have a general distrust of humanity in general, and you want me to tell the world? Well, how about this:
My Fear, A Secret
Why would I tell you my fears,
subjecting myself to your jeers?
If I tell you my weakness,
or expose my secrets,
I tell you: it will end in tears.
Inspired by the Limerick Poetry Challenge Week 40
excellent!
