I’m sitting down to write some blog posts and thinking:
I’ve had a cold for two weeks now.
It seems to get better, then it doesn’t.
How long will this go on?
I really need to clip Smokey’s toenails.
My blog TBR seems just as long as my physical TBR.
That’s what happens when cold medicine knocks me out and I can’t read like I want to.
I’ve had a fair number of views the last two weeks, what with being on a podcast and Amanda Palmer retweeting one of my poems, but few new followers.
Such is brief popularity.
I should really make some coffee, but that would require getting up from this chair.
You know it’s bad when I’m debating if coffee is worth the effort.
The longer I type this, the more reading and writing that isn’t getting done.
What are you doing today?
I took one for the team and had 3 coffees for you. Want me to speed read your TBR list and give you the abridged version?

The digital TBR or the physical TBR? The physical has close to 300 books on it.
I’ve decided to make some coffee once Krystal leaves for work. I’ll also make some toast and pour some cereal to go with it.
Thanks for the offer!

I’ll take the digital. My reading these days is limited to social media and editing/proofing an anthology for broken links.
