I’m a huge fan of Assassin’s Creed.
This week the first trailer for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed movie was released:
What I liked:
Assassin’s Creed!
Michael Fassbender!
the Spanish Inquisition!
Leap of Faith!
Parkour and Fighting!
What I didn’t like:
Backstory – an execution, really?
The animus isn’t the animus – why, wasn’t it “cool” enough?
WHO ON EARTH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS RAP MUSIC?!
BURN THEM ON THE SPOT!
THIS ISN’T ASSASSIN’S CREED-LIKE AT ALL.
IT’S LIKE THE MUSIC DIRECTOR NEVER EVEN PLAYED THE GAMES!

I think they took the Creed’s motto
Nothing is true, everything is permitted
way too seriously.
Ah, who am I kidding.
I’m totally going to see this at some point
