A Dorian Update

School has closed and prepped for the coming storm.

I’ve made my last runs to the store for supplies. I’m not worried for myself; I can eat anything. I want to make sure Krystal has enough variety in case we’re without power for several days.

I’ve battened down the hatches, as they say.

Now it’s a waiting game.

The lastest track says Dorian will make landfall about fifty road-miles from here. That’s not that far in terms of actual distance.

But overall I’m not as worried about this one as with Florence. I’m prepped. I’m watching the skies.

But as of now, I’m not fleeing to the hills.
