It’s a lovely Sunday afternoon: the sun is bright but not harsh and the weather is cool enough to have the windows open, so pull up a chair and I’ll pour the drinks (elderflower G&T for me) and we’ll get caught up on the – checks notes – last two weeks!

Well. Here it is Sunday afternoon and I feel like the day is just running away from me. That I’m getting distracted by every little thing and not really completing anything. Case in point: I’ve had a pan “soaking” for three hours and I was hungry two hours ago but I’m just now sitting down to a sandwich it took me two minutes to make. You might want to get your own drink today or we might be here for a while, but i think I can manage conversation.
