It’s Sunday morning, and that can only mean one thing: last night, I made and ate a hamburger. Specifically, a burger featured on the hit series Bob’s Burgers.The Don’t You Four Cheddar ‘Bout Me Burger [S3E14 “Linda-pendent Woman”]
About the Episode – When money becomes tighter than usual, Linda lands a job at the new Fresh Feed market, reminiscent of a Fresh Market/Trader Joes mashup.
When she does well enough her first week to get a minor promotion, Linda demands Bob rate her work at the restaurant. Insulted by the result, she quits to work full time at the Fresh Feed.
Can Bob – and the restaurant – survive without her? Can the Fresh Feed survive with her?
About the Burger– This burger really does have four kinds of cheddar: white sharp, yellow sharp, yellow mild, and horseradish. The sharp cheeses are ripped up and mixed in the burger while the mild and horseradish are melted on top. The burger also comes with lettuce, bacon, and onion.
The Response
Krystal said she thought the burger was bleh. She could taste everything and it tasted good, it just wasn’t her jam. She gave the burger 2.5 stars.
I really liked the burger. Everything was well done with just the right amount of gooey texture. I gave the burger 4 stars.
