Spice Blend Day! Pumpkin spice has returned (I await Cauldron-Aged Pumpkin Death Wish Coffee), but I’m also thinking about my tweaked & perfected apple pie spice as well as a particular blend that’s found its way onto salmon & chicken and into tacos, hamburgers, & baked beans. What’s your spice blend of choice?

I think I am the only person on the planet that hates pumpkin spiced anything……….can’t even abide the pies. I’d go for ginger, chai, jerk, greek or cajun spice stuff instead.
