I am on Spring Break.
My body missed the memo.
It’s Monday & I haven’t had my coffee.
The problem with routine is that it becomes routine.
So, even though I’ve been on break since Friday, my body still thinks it needs to be up at 05:00.
This would not be a problem if I went to bed at my normal time.
I have not [see: break, above].
One more chapter, one more episode, one more post mean I go to bed later.
My routine means I’m still up before the crack of dawn.
Which also means I’m getting less sleep and becoming more irritable.
Oh well, time to read or watch Netflix or work on the blog.
They got me into this mess and they’ll get me out of it.
