There’s still time to enter the current Wicked Word Wednesday challenge of “status” – now, it wouldn’t be fair to give you a challenge if I didn’t complete it myself, now would it? So, here’s my take:
A Question of Status
Facebook asks what’s on my mind;
Twitter wants to know what’s happening;
Instagram encourages me to share my story –
and dozens react, retweet, and heart,
but I would rather do things face to face with just one person who really cares.

Facebook, Twitter and the rest disturb my inner peace. I’ve never visited any of them. I thought I was an oddity.
