When I fell asleep last night it was pouring sleet, as one of my friends put it. When I woke up, the outside looked like this:
The power stayed on.
The internet did not (same issues as we’ve had for the last week).
The heater has done a good job trying to keep up.
School is cancelled.
So, I’m going to make myself some breakfast and do some reading.

Perfect! I, on the other hand, helped my son put together a new huge bookcase and clean his man cave. I’m a good mom.
