It’s Sunday Morning, and that can only mean one thing: last night, I made and ate a hamburger. Specifically, a burger featured on the hit series Bob’s Burgers. 
Don’t Get Crème Fraîche With Me Burger [S2:E9 “Beefsquatch”]
About the Episode — When Bob lands a cooking segment on the morning news show, Linda worries that fame will tear the family apart. Gene acquires a Sasquatch mask and transforms his persona to “Beefsquatch.” When the two egos collide, ratings go through the roof! But, can the Belchers survive?
About the Burger — This burger had blueberries – yes, blueberries! – mixed in with the meat and stopped with vanilla crème fraîche and basil. Instead of lettuce, I used a spring mix and cooked up some sweet potato fries. 
The Response — This burger was surprisingly good. We honestly didn’t know what to think given the ingredients, but they all worked very well. If I make this burger again, I’ll probably use slightly less meat and fruit (or make more burgers!) as they were more filling than we were used to. Overall, we gave this burger 4.5 Stars

Running In My Head 
When I read the title I couldn’t imagine creme fraiche in a burger. I’m happy to learn it tasted good. I have never met a blueberry I didn’t like.
