Bob’s Burgers Review: Brussel and Flow

It’s Sunday, and that can only mean one thing: last night, I made and ate a hamburger. Specifically, a burger featured on the hit series, Bob’s Burgers.

The “Brussel and Flow” Burger [S9:E11 “Lorenzo’s Oil? No, Linda’s”]

About the Episode

When Linda attends an essential oil party hosted by her new friend Angie, Gayle takes the kids to stage an “oil-vention”. But can they over come their own personal weaknesses?

Meanwhile, Bob and Teddy attempt to move a bed for Mr. Huggins. However, moving favors are never as easy as they seem.

About the Burger

This burger is served with roasted Brüssel sprouts and Brie.

Slice a pound of sprouts. Add 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of canola oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Spread mixture on a rimmed baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until desired brownness is achieved.

Cook seasoned patties and top with Brie cheese and roasted sprouts.

The Response

This burger was delicious; there were no leftovers.

Come back next week when we’ll try a new, as-yet-to-be-determined burger!
