Running Rings

Believe it or not, this post is only tangentially related to running.

The other day I got a new silicone wedding ring to replace the one that keeps falling off and/or getting caught on random things and cutting/scratching me up.

When I picked out this design, Krystal asked me why I didn’t go with a compass since I’m always outdoors. I told her:

I’m not married to the outdoors. I’m married to you, and you’re a blacksmith.

I can’t tell you how good it is to run again without fear of losing an expensive ring, but perhaps you understand from your own experiences.
