Thing are ramping up and it looks like I really won’t have a break until maybe next Monday after our first weekend run of The Laramie Project – even right now I’m taking a break from cleaning the kitchen and making a grocery list, but I’ll always make time for you. Here’s what’s going on:
- Tuesday, Pusheen released their 2025 Halloween plush. Yes, I ordered it.
- Wednesday, I took a selfie that I really liked and actually had folks comment on – that rarely happens to me.
- Wednesday – Friday, I worked up two new characters for our “spooky season” games: one for Magnus Archives and one for World of Darkness.
- Friday, I had a Jersey Mike’s sub for the first time. I had the original Italian done “Mike’s Way” – and I had a coupon for a free sub with no purchase necessary. That’s what I call a good lunch.
- Saturday morning we had rehearsal and I saw the playbill for the first time. None of us had talked about the bios we submitted or saw beforehand what others had written – and our playbill has not one but TWO Terry Pratchett quotes directly across from each other on the spread.
- Saturday night we went out to eat with a friend; Krystal had a charcuterie board and I had a Sicilian pizza with vegetables.
- Today I’m getting things done that I won’t have time to do this week due to final Laramie Project rehearsals and OPENING WEEKEND!!

What have you been up to?
