This weekend I tried to make Lebkuchen for the first time. Here’s how it went:
It turned out very yummy, although I did mess up on ingredients and added too much candied ginger and ground almonds.
It also wasn’t quite the recipe I was looking for; I was looking for a more cake-like product than a crisp.
But now I have three other recipes to try!
Bring on the Lebkuchen!!
