Sleeping (Beauty?)
Last night I finally slept til my normal time. I had to stay up later, but it’s a step in the right direction.

Time Change
Has anyone else been affected more than usual by the recent time change? I’m goo fit bed at the normal time but am waking up nearly two hours earlier.
This needs to end; I can’t take much more of these too-early mornings.
