The top one almost looks like a couple having lovers’ spat or breakup?

I think whatever mystery lies within the walls of the fortress (castle) will remain a mystery as the brambles surrounding its entrance will keep intruders out. Some mysteries are to remain a mystery. That’s the wonder of it. Sometimes its more exciting to keep it a mystery than to know everything.
