One of…?? I don’t remember receiving a care package. What’s up with that, teacher-man? But since you asked, peach is my favourite. Or if you’re doing apple turnovers, I like those, too.

Yeah . . . Unfortunately, my pies aren’t friendly to those with celiac disease or diabetes.

My entire diet has needed an overhaul with this damn diagnosis…I spent my teenage years in Amish country, I am all about the glutinous goodies. But no more. And I’m sorry, but GF flours SUCK.

I am too lazy to look up the word for it so here comes an rather awkwardly written description:
Because of your picture, I want to eat cake before it’s baked.now.
Actually I always eat a lot of that whenever I intend to bake a cake. That’s probably the reason why my cakes are smaller than they should be….

I know what you mean! I’ve heard it called “raw” cake before, but I’m not sure if that’s the right word, either.

In German we call it “Teig” .
